                  DIFFERENT LEVELS OF SERVICE TO MATCH YOUR NEEDS AND BUDGET

If you are gone from your home for an extended period of time, you may wish to mix and match different levels of service while you are away. For example, if you are gone for a month, you may wish to have the inexpensive Level I Outside Security Only Check done the first and third weeks of the month, and the second and fourth weeks of the month you may want the Level II Interior/Exterior Security and Operations Check.

All services are billed on a per-visit rate. We are happy to check your home as often as you wish. Invoices and status reports are available to owners at the end of each month either by USPS or via e-mail. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice.

LEVEL I: EXTERIOR ONLY SECURITY CHECK

$28 per-visit (No Key Required)

I will walk around your home and visually inspect for any storm damage and forced entry.

I will check all doors and accessible windows to insure they are secure.

I will remove and discard any door flyers and newspapers.

I will immediately communicate any problems to the owner (or agent).


LEVEL II: INTERIOR/EXTERIOR SECURITY & OPERATIONS CHECK

$48 per-visit (Keys Required)

I will walk around your home and visually inspect for storm damage and forced entry.

I will check all doors and windows to insure they are secure.

I will verify sprinkler timer operation (Instruction Manual May be Required)

I will pick up any mail and newspapers and place at the location you specify inside your home.

I will change/verify any thermostat temperature settings you specify.

I will check for operating malfunctions and damage from water pipes, water heater, plumbing fixtures, A/C or Heating.

I will immediately communicate any problems to the owner (or agent) and coordinate corrective action as may be required.

I will run water at sinks and toilets to help avoid trap evaporation.

I will water and care for your plants per your instructions.

I can start any vehicles upon request.

Special Notes:

Plant care is limited to indoor house plants.

Mail pick up and forwarding is available for $15 per forward mailing, plus postage fees.
